Nick’s Excited For Authentic Spanish Cuisine at Flores Tapas Bar

Flores Tapas Bar is a new Spanish restaurant coming to the Hudson Valley next week and I can't wait to get in there and enjoy it.

If there's one thing I can take away from the past year it's a new appreciation for food. Not just any restaurant will do though. After losing my sense of smell and taste I made a promise to myself that I would only treat my pallet to the best food around. There's no time for mediocrity and routine anymore. We all deserve something new and bursting with flavor.

A delicious and unique dining experience is headed our way and it couldn't have come at a better time. People are finally starting to put away those takeout menus and they're getting out to enjoy dining at new places. In April, we'll have one more you will definitely need to check out.

Flores Tapas Bar is opening their doors on April 2 and they're headed to 1659 Rte 9 (Hannoush Plaza) in Wappingers Falls. If you're a foodie in the Hudson Valley then you know the name Flores is synonymous with great food. You may have seen the owner and head chef, Austin Flores at local festivals serving up good eats out of the popular Flores Food Truck.
