Nick is Excited For Parm’s Big City Italian Food to Hit the Hudson Valley

The famous Parm is opening a brand new location in the Hudson Valley soon.

New York City residents have been flocking to the Hudson Valley for years. It's about time we get some of that great food as well.

I love Italian food, but it wasn't always that way. Good Italian food was something that I learned to appreciate once I moved to New York. In my experience, the closer I get to the City the better the Italian food gets. I grew up in the Midwest. I'm ashamed to say that growing up in Michigan, my understanding of Italian cuisine was from a can. That's absolute blasphemy in these parts, and I totally understand why.

Many New Yorkers will tell you that New York City is the mecca for Italian food. They aren't wrong, but one restaurant from the City is making it a little easier for us up here in the Hudson Valley. Parm is a restaurant that's synonymous with delicious Italian food in New York City. If only we didn't have to do travel over an hour to enjoy their amazing food.

Parm is opening up a new location at Woodbury Commons in Central Valley soon. Parm is excited to bring their top-rate, authentic and big-city style Italian dishes a little closer to our home.

It soon won't be im-pasta-ble to get mouth-watering Italian cuisine here locally. You can have that pun and you can also have Parm's awesome food when they officially open their doors on April 15.

Whether you're in the mood for spaghetti, ravioli or head chef Mario's personal favorite, eggplant parm, we're just days away from being able to enjoy a night out at Parm without a big commute. Personally, I can't wait to try their baked ziti.
