An impressionist read an essay he wrote in the second grade about Abraham Lincoln as Donald Trump and it sounds all too real.

Who doesn't love a good impression during political season?

Matthew Friend is a young comedian/impressionist out of New York. He's a recent NYU graduate who's one of Tik Tok's most viewed impressionists and he's even showcased his talents on the Today Show. Some of his impressions include Howard Stern, Rami Malek, Sebesatian Maniscalco, Barack Obama and of course Donald Trump.

Like most comedians during the pandemic, Friend is unable to perform live so he's using social media platforms to show off his talent. During the quarantine he has started to host his own show on Instagram fittingly called "Quarantime" where he shares his own original jokes and content.

In a recent episode, Friend reads an essay he wrote about Abraham Lincoln in the second grade in the voice of the POTUS. It's scary how much it sounds like a speech that trump would actually read. Honestly, if he didn't say it was an elementary essay you might have believed it was a speech that Trump gave yesterday. The hilarious speech starts at 3:28.
