Should I Be Concerned After This Behavior at a NY Gas Station?
I can't stop thinking about what happened at a gas station in Dutchess County.
Now before you say this is ridiculous, hear me out....the world is a crazy place, you have to be cautious and you never really know what someone's intentions are. What might seem like nothing could really be something and everyone should be on alert.
The other day when it was POURING OUT I decided to get gas ( it wasn't one of my best choices) but I was running low and I had a pretty early start the next morning. I pulled up to the pump, put my card in and started pumping gas just like usual. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed I guy walking near my car and he was trying to make his way into the gas station. I'm not sure why I kept looking, but something was telling me to pay attention to him and his movement.
This is so bizarre, as the man was walking behind my car he stuck his finger out and literally ran it across the top of my trunk. Seriously...
I couldn't help but stare in disbelief... I'm not going to lie it made me a bit angry and freaked me out. I'm not sure why this stranger thought it was okay to touch my car and then my mind started going in a million different directions and wondered if it meant something more. Is this something bad that people are now doing when it comes to crime? Did it mean something else? Was he trying to see if I'd react?

I couldn't stop thinking about it for the rest of the afternoon and I'm still thinking about it days later.
I have to ask....had this happened to you before? Is there something to be concerned about? Please let me know on the station app:
