An Orange County man is accused of firing several rounds from a rifle at a Dunkin Donuts.

Friday the Port Jervis Police Department assisted New York State Police after reports of shots fired at Dunkin Donuts Parking lot located on East Main Street in the Tri-State section of the City of Port Jervis.

Witnesses at the donut shop told police that a male fired off several rounds from a rifle while standing in the parking lot and then fled the scene.

Authorities found shell casings at the scene and a follow-up investigation by detectives resulted in the arrest of 26-year-old Justin Quick, of Port Jervis for 3rd-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony and 2nd-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor.

Quick is accused of shooting several bullets from a 22 caliber magnum rifle inside the parking lot of the coffee shop during an argument.

Quick was arraigned in City Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail pending further court proceedings.

Despite a number of shots, no one was injured.
