Fitness Staple of Poughkeepsie, New York Celebrating 20 Years

I've been going to Planet Fitness in Poughkeepsie for a couple of years now, and it is one of the best gym experiences I have had. I'm not a huge gym rat, and I'm definitely not a "lunk," so I'm not looking for anything too crazy. I like the machines, I like the treadmills, and I appreciate the space to be able to warm up and stretch. But it's a great gym for anyone! I've seen people of every size, shape, color and age work out there. I've seen people support each other, meet up with friends, become friends, and get better on their fitness journey. It's a great spot for the expert or novice alike!

Well, Planet Fitness wants to give back to the community for an awesome summer event! They are celebrating 20 years in business, and you're invited!

Planet Fitness in Poughkeepsie is celebrating 20 Years of being in the same location, and are hosting a 20th Anniversary Party! It's going to be happening Saturday, August 17th from 11am to 3pm. The party will feature local vendors, music, food, special giveaways and more!
