Police need assistance catching a man who robbed a local pharmacy. The suspected allegedly ordered the pharmacist to give him all of the “pain killers.”

On Sunday Town of Wallkill Police responded to the report of a robbery at the Rite Aid pharmacy located at 701 Route 211 East. According to the victim, the store’s pharmacist, the suspect handed the victim a note demanding the pharmacist give him all of the pain killers in the store.

The victim reported that the suspect also said he had a knife. The pharmacist handed the suspect an undetermined about of controlled substances and the suspect fled the store in a dark colored sedan.

Police describe the suspect as a white male, around 6’1” in height and 160 pounds, with blonde hair and beard. He was seen wearing a black hat, dark jeans, black coat, and beige boots.
