When it comes to digging up low cost/no cost things to keep the kiddos busy during the dog days of summer, I'm your girl. Growing up in the Hudson Valley I have so many great memories of summer days well spent in the area, and I hope that my own daughter will one day have similar ones.

We've already covered Kids Bowl Free registration for 2025, so now feels like a good time to remind you of discounted movie theater visits.

Did Someone Say $1 Movies At The Theater?

Why yes, we did!

Back for 2025, Regal has announced the Regal Summer Movie Express - $1 Movies - all summer long!

Each week from June 10th through August 6th, specific showings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be part of the $1 Summer Movie Express ticket option. The movies will be PG-rated and will always be the first showings of the day's movie schedule.

For more than 30 years (dating back to 1991), Regal has offered a summer entertainment option for families that is budget friendly and typically also helps the community. This year, a portion of the proceeds from the $1 Regal Summer Movie Express will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, as well as the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneer Foundation.

Which Movies Are Part of the Summer Movie Express?

With their announcement of the return of the $1 ticket program, Regal released the titles that will be on the big screen for this summer, and they're all big wins!
