Rock The Ridge Winner Runs 50 Miles In Under 6 Hours
On Saturday May 5th I was out in support of Mohonk Preserve, for the Rock the Ridge Endurance Challenge. This year approximately 230 runners took to the the course to cover 50 miles in 24 hours or less. This years overall winner, Ben Nephew came in at just under 6 hours. I had a chance to speak with him after the race.
