The Sick Puppies have officially moved on from former singer and guitarist Shimon Moore, having just announced their brand new frontman Brian Scott. Sick Puppies split with Moore in October of 2014, telling fans he was leaving the band to pursue other projects. That left bassist Emma Anzai and drummer Mark Goodwin on their own, but determined to carry on.

Here's a preview of what you can expect with Scott at the helm. He has previously played with bands like Glass Intrepid and Dev Electric. The newly realigned Sick Puppies have a series of concert dates this summer including a show at Rock on the Range in May.

Back in 2009, Sick Puppies performed at the WRRV Bowl-A-Thon. Get ready to take a walk down memory lane here.

Moore and Anzai started Sick Puppies in high school and had a great run. They formed in Australia and found fame with a 'free hugs' video on YouTube. Very early on in their career, they stopped by the WRRV studios to perform the 'free hugs' song All The Same.
