
Smashing Pumpkins Want Hudson Valley’s Help Choosing Set List
Are you a fan of the Smashing Pumpkins? Are you looking forward to seeing them either at Mohegan Sun on July 29, 2018 or Madison Square Garden on August 1, 2018? Think of the show being even more amazing, because you helped to pick the setlist (the songs that the band plays that night). Even cooler, right?
Over this last weekend, Billy Corgan of The Smashing Pumpkins, went online to ask fans what songs that they wanted to hear the band play. The list of songs that Billy posted on Facebook cover songs that the band has performed since 1995, but it also included the following four covers as potentials for live performance:
- Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven"
- David Bowie's "Never Let Me Down"
- David Bowie's "Space Oddity"
- Joy Division's "Love Will Tear Us Apart."
So our question to you WRRV friends and fans of The Smashing Pumpkins, "What songs would YOU love to see them play? Feel free to suggest songs from any of their past albums or cover tunes. Tickets for the tour are on sale now.
