Want a free college education? Try getting a job at Starbucks.

Starbucks announced Monday that they will offer their employees full tuition at  Arizona State University's online program. Employees can now earn a bachelor's degree for free, as reported by CNN.

Starbucks already offered 2-years of tuition, but is now extending it to 4 years. Starbucks plans on investing $250 million into the project, with a goal of helping 25,000 employees graduate by 2025, according to The Week.

Full and Part time employees who don't have a bachelor's degree can apply for the program.  Starbucks will reimburse tuition costs at the end of each semester. So, employees who drop out or leave the company will be responsible for paying tuition for that semester.

More than 140,000 out of a total of 191,000 employees are eligible for the program.

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz said:

"By giving our partners access to four years of full tuition reimbursement, we will provide them a critical tool for lifelong opportunity"
