State Police Nab Florida Man Wanted as a Fugitive

A Florida man wanted on a Florida arrest warrant was found by officers from the New York State Police Barracks at Dover Plains on Thursday.

Acner Espinoza Martinez, a 33-year-old resident of Woodbridge Virginia, was wanted on a warrant out of Prince William County in his home state for charges of unlawful filming of a minor. The charge is a class six felony according to the New York authorities.

Arraignment for Espinoza Martinez was held at the Dutchess County Court before he was sent to the Dutchess County Jail with no bail.
