Stewart’s Shops Introduce New Racing Inspired Ice Cream Flavor

The ice cream geniuses at Stewart's Shops have done it again (sort of) as they have introduced a brand new flavor for racing fans.

For the second year in a row, one of the country's biggest racing events will take place at an Upstate New York race course, and to celebrate, one of New York's most popular places to get ice cream has introduced something we all need to try.

Stewart's Shops New "Tribute" Ice Cream Flavor

The Belmont Stakes Racing Festival is set to run at the historic Saratoga Race Course at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY in June, and to get ice cream loving horse racing fans ready, Stewart’s Shops and the New York Racing Association have teamed up for a new ice cream flavor. It's called "The Bel-Mint Stakes" ice cream and is a tribute version of the super popular Mint Cookie Crumble ice cream, only found at Stewart's.

The rebranded "Bel-Mint Stakes" flavor, whose name was selected by an online poll, is available at over 175 Stewart’s locations now through June 8th, according to News 10.

Belmont Stakes at Saratoga Race Course

The Belmont Stakes Racing Festival will take place from Wednesday, June 4th through Sunday, June 8th,2025, and will include various special events and horse races, including the 157th Belmont Stakes, which is the thrilling third leg of the "Triple Crown" of thoroughbred racing following the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes. The Belmont Stakes is scheduled to run on Saturday, June 7th.
