Those Rick and Morty Season 4 negotiations were bigger than we thought. Not only have creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon confirmed Season 4 is go at Adult Swim, but the title duo’s adventures could well take us through Season 10.
First Rick and Morty dropped by the My Little Pony universe, and now Game of Thrones has opened a portal. The HBO drama’s creators and star Peter Dinklage apparently contributed a commentary track to the infamous “Pickle Rick” episode, and you can hear the first clip right now.
We still don’t know when we’ll see Rick and Morty next, but no one had their money on an episode of My Little Pony. The pair were caught making a bizarre cameo in an episode of Friendship Is Magic, and the show’s rabid fanbase isn’t handling it too well.
It’s not an easy time for Rick and Morty fans. Season 4 remains perilously in limbo, and further away by the minute. And where April Fools last year brought a wonderful surprise for fans, Adult Swim has followed up with a bizarre Australian remake that may or may not be sanctioned by creators.
