Take Your Dramamine Before Watching This Movie Trailer

My goodness do I like the idea of redoing Mad Max movies, especially since Frank Miller is on board.

The originals, especially Thunderdome, were such a bunch of bonkers that it screwed me for a little bit when I was kid. It was crazy in a lot of ways, but the over the top psycho wasteland sickness violence was almost a little restrained.

It's rather apparent those restraints no longer apply. I'll be honest, but those bald dudes chasing Max in the beginning of the clip bear more than a passing resemblance to some baddies from Borderlands. And that makes me happy.

Also, is it me or does it seem like the trailer has gone all Michael Bay? Explosions, explosions everywhere! I don't think the movie will be like that.

Let me amend that. I HOPE the movie won't be like that.
