Full disclosure, I was not always someone who believed in mediums or psychics or any of the like, but a few years back I was in the audience for Theresa Caputo aka The Long Island Medium when she did a show in Springfield, MA, and that experience changed it all.

Perhaps you had/have the same mindset as me? You can see Theresa's show (and her signature hair) for yourself, in Poughkeepsie, this February.

Theresa Caputo, Long Island Medium

Recognized as one of the 'most renowned mediums' for more than 20 years, Theresa Captuo has become a household name likely due to her popular television show called Long Island Medium.

Now, it's been a few years since Theresa and her family have been on TV, as after 14 seasons, the show went off the air back in 2019, but Theresa still continues to do her thing. In fact, she's got a new Lifetime series called Raising Spirits, and that may be what she does when she brings her live show to Poughkeepsie in the new year.

According to her official bioTheresa has been seeing, feeling, and sensing Spirit since she was four years old, but it wasn’t until her 20s that she learned to communicate with souls in Heaven.

After suffering from debilitating anxiety and trying to manage it on my own and with a therapist for years, my mom introduced me to a spiritual healer and teacher named Pat Longo. After just one session, she told me that I was suppressing Spirit’s energy, which caused a lot of my anxiety, and helped me learn to channel Spirit through my chakras and release it with my words.

Over the past 20 years, Theresa has been a practicing medium, speaking to spirits mostly through a 'sixth sense' and connecting people with family members and loved ones through Spirit.
