If you're a fan of NASCAR and want to check out a race at one of the oldest tracks in New York then you better clear your schedule for this weekend.

The Orange County Fair Speedway in Middletown will be hosting the Artic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions this weekend on Saturday, August 18th. The pit opens at 3:30pm, Grandstand and Drive in gates open at 5pm and racing starts at 6:30pm.

What makes the All Star Circuit of Champions so special? Well, obviously it's who they bring with them to the Hudson Valley. Just like years past, this year brings NASCAR driver Tony Stewart to town.

According to their website " All-Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Car Series is one of the oldest traveling sprint car organizations and is a staple of grassroots, open-wheel racing."

Back in 2015 Tony Stewart made a move to become the owner of the Sprint Car Series. The website explains "Tony Stewart agreed to terms with Guy Webb to become the sole owner of the original winged sprint car tour."

Tickets are still available at the Orange County Fair Speedway's website. Adult tickets are $30 and children 10 and under are $10.
