I'm sure you've heard the news. Next Tuesday, the Hudson Valley is getting 6 to 8 inches of snow accumulation...allegedly (reports are now saying this may turn into rain).

Quite frankly I'm tired of this snow and I have a feeling a few people will agree with me.

If you have kids or can remember back to when you were a kid, do you remember trying "spells" to make it snow for a snow day? For me it was wearing your pajamas inside out and sleeping with a spoon under your pillow.

I was convinced it worked and sometimes, it did.

Now as an adult, who has to get to work and has a million things to do on a daily basis, I want the snow to stop.

There has to be a "spell" to put a stop to this madness. Thank goodness for Google. I typed in "snow stopping spells" and these are the results.

According to the Spells of Magic website we must look at the sky and clouds and say

Gods of power, Gods of might, I bid you now, stop this plight, Stop the snow, we need no more. Let it fall, nevermore.

Sounds easy enough. So if you could pass this along to every Hudson Valley resident you know, maybe with the power of magic, we can stop the expected snow.

I will literally do anything to avoid another day of snow in 2018.
