Watching Downhill Mountain Biking In Scotland Will Make You Queasy
I feel like GoPros were invented to give extreme athletes the sole ability to make non-extreme athletes either nauseated or jealous.
I've been to Scotland. I hiked Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh and toured a bit of the countryside. The mountains and highlands can be a bit bonkers at times, and I can honestly say I NEVER had the desire to rush down any of them at break neck speeds on a bike and around insane curves and obstacles.
That being said, I'm glad somebody did. It confirms my belief that I am made for slower things in life, and I am so alright with that.
There are some great downhill mountain biking spots in and near the Hudson Valley, and I hope someone else tapes themselves going down them so I can watch it from the comfort of my couch.
I'll stick to my OCR's, thanks.
