What’s Happening This Weekend in the Hudson Valley

Sunday, December 18; 11-4: Christmas at Clermont Open House. Due to the Winter Weather Advisory in place for Saturday, this annual event has been moved to Sunday. Sunday, December 18; 2: 500 Hotels: Sullivan County's Golden Age. Come hear Sullivan County Historian John Conway speak on the Golden age of tourism from 1940-1965. Saturday, December 17; 3-4:30: Into the Light Holiday Pageant, at the Ellenville High School Auditorium, presented by the Ellenville Public Library & Museum and performed by the Vanaver Caravan and Arm-of-the-Sea Theater. Enjoy live music, festive dance, and puppetry. A $5 donation is requested for admission with children 10 and under free. Saturday, December 17; 10:30-3: Beary Merry Holiday Party at the Trailside Museums and Zoo at Bear Mountain State Park. Join the fun at the Bear Den as you make tasty holiday treats for the black bears. Around 11 the bears will come out and unwrap their gift boxes of tasty treats.
