Where Should I Bring My Out-Of-Town Friend in the Hudson Valley?

My best friend from Western New York is visiting me in the Hudson Valley this weekend.

I have an out of town visitor this weekend, aka my best friend from college. She'll be traveling from Rochester, New York so the cold is no stranger to her. But the real issue I'm having besides cooler temperatures is what to do this weekend.

Rochester is far from Poughkeepsie. I did the drive to college up there many times, trust me, I know. So whenever my friend visits I want to make sure she has the best time possible. We like to drink, eat, and just all around have a good time. Do you have any suggestions? Help us out!
