It's just about summer in the Hudson Valley and that means one thing: hiking season. Whether it's Mount Beacon or the Lemon Squeeze: the Hudson Valley has some amazing hikes to offer. That's why WRRV wants to see how you Hike the Hudson.

This month, we're giving $400 away to one random Hudson Valley hiker (and WRRV listener) to the outdoor outfitter of their choice. It's all thanks to Dutchess Beer and Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer. All you have to do is send us your best hiking picture through the WRRV App and you're instantly qualified to win $400 to your favorite outdoor outfitter. Seriously, that's it!

If you don't have the WRRV App already, just download it for free now. You can get it from the Apple App or Google Play store. Once you download it go to the menu using the three horizontal line icon, then click "Submit Media". Fill out your full name, email, phone number, and describe your picture. Tell us all about your adventure! Where you are, if it was a special day, any crazy stories, and all details are welcome. Don't worry, you don't have to send hiking pictures exclusively from the Hudson Valley, they can be from anywhere. Then, just select your picture and submit it. It's seriously that easy. You have until June 24, 2021, to submit.

$400 is a LOT of money, especially to use on new hiking gear. Thing boots, trekking poles, maybe even a new backpack? I know I could use some gaiters. The possibilities are endless.
