Ben Folds is taking his Paper Airplane Request Tour to the Hudson Valley this November 9th! With special guest Lindsay Kraft, this Emmy-nominated singer-song writer will be performing at the Ulster Performing Arts Center in Kingston for a show you won't want to miss, and we've got a pair of tickets you could win to this highly anticipated show.

Ben folds is widely regarded as one of the major music influencers of our generation and has built an extensive body of genre-bending music. Over the past three decades, he has toured as a prominent pop artist as the frontman of Ben Folds Five, and together have had hit songs including "Brick" and "The Luckiest". His work with the band and his solo music showcased Folds' distinctive piano-driven sound and poignant lyrics, with his solo albums allowing him to truly explore and dive into his musical range.

In addition to his musical endeavors, Ben is a New York Times Best Selling author and podcast host who composes for film, television and theatre. He also serves as the Artistic Advisor to the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, where he contributes his expertise and vision to elevate the arts.

One notable aspect about this tour, as longtime fans might be aware of, is the name of this tour was also the same name of his tour from 2017. Folds has revived the name along with a familiar concept: paper airplane song requests! Similar to his previous tour, fans in the audience will be able to fold up their own paper airplane with any song request, and there will an opportunity for him to select your song in a special and interactive way.
