WRRV Jiu-Jitsu Demonstration [Video]

A Hudson Valley business was recently exposed as teaching fake moves in the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. A local Hudson Valley man, Mike Palladino confronted the teacher by attending class at his school, and questioning his rank. Today, he came to the station to show us some proper technique.

Mike is a Fishkill resident and is a brown belt. He's spent the better part of the last eight years working to better himself in the sport. He runs Evolution Grappling Academy in Beacon. One of his students called his attention to to a school in Marlboro, NY whose teacher was teaching improper technique.

Of course I had to get in on the action (video below), results were mixed at best. I have a new found respect for the work people put into the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
