X Ambassador lead guitarist Noah Feldshuh has been arrested in Upstate New York.

The arrest occurred in the early hours of December 27th but details have just surfaced via an official release from police in Ithaca NY.  According to police the 27 year old guitarist was arrested after police officers observed Feldshuh's vehicle stopped in a crosswalk, in the middle of the road for "no legitimate reason" according to police.

After an investigation by officers it was found that Feldshuh had a blood-alcohol content of 0.16 percent, he was subsequently arrested.

The X Ambassador rocker stands charged with operating a Motor Vehicle with a B.A.C of .08% or more, Driving While Intoxicated, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Parking in a Crosswalk

According to police Feldshuh was released to a sober third party (a band-mate I wonder?) and is due back in court on Jan. 21st. Fingers crossed he still makes that show at the Barclay's center on the 27th.
