You Will Soon Be Able To Shop From Home At This Hudson Valley Retailer

Attention shoppers - Marshalls is working on launching online shopping, and we're talking more than just the current online option of buying gift cards or finding your local store hours.

Following the lead of TJ Maxx, Marshalls recently announced that they will roll out their website before the end of the year, offering various home decor, clothing and jewelry items online that we will not see in Marshalls stores.

Though they are hopeful that the online shopping platform will drive more traffic to stores, according to Business Insider

CEO Ernie Herrman said the company aimed to prevent cannibalization of sales by keeping the assortment online and at its brick-and-mortar stores as different as possible

I don't know about you, but I am always up for a trip to Marshalls, however, it can be hit or miss because of the nature of the store's inventory.  You never know if you'll find exactly what you are looking for in store, and especially with home decor, how many of a particular item if you are looking to purchase more than one.  I'm curious to see what the online inventory looks like.
