Crooks Are Stupid, Corn Cob Gets Person Jail Time

Corn is the reason this man is going to jail. A crop that is "in season" now and apparently irresistible.A Massachusetts man in police custody after breaking into a home and cooking a corn cob.  According to the "Enterprise" newspaper of Brockton, a homeowner in Rockland, Massachusetts woke up to a loud noise Wednesday, only to find John Dalton at his stove making himself corn on the cob.  The two got into a short fight after Dalton refused to leave the home.  Neither was injured in the scuffle.  Police say Dalton was "clearly intoxicated" when he broke into the house.  He's facing charges of breaking and entering and assault and battery.
