Plus don't forget another great FREE event right here in Dutchess County. Join us at the Riverfront in Poughkeepsie for the 22nd annual Celebration of Lights Festival. There will be a parade, tree lighting and the areas only winter fireworks display! Even better, Simon will be hanging out in front of Noah's Ark on Mill Street celebrating along with you.
