Could you imagine cooking for Gordon Ramsay? Seriously. Think about it for a second. You've definitely seen him before. Whether you've watched Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, MasterChef, or even just seen the commercials for any of those shows, you know that when it comes to the kitchen, the man does not mess around.

I mean, I know the second I did something wrong on one of those shows, I would be reduced to a puddle of tears and radiating existential insecurity from the fetal position on a commercial kitchen floor.

But then again, I'm not Chad.

Many of us get well into adulthood without finding out what we're really passionate about, where our talent lies, and what we want to do with our lives.

Chad's a 10-year-old from Poughkeepsie, and he's already figured all of that out.

He's one of the contestants on this season of MasterChef Junior, the primetime Fox jam that features the Michelin Star-awarded culinary icon/bajillionaire Gordon Ramsay, acclaimed chef and repeated James Beard Award-nominee Graham Elliot, and the dessert genius behind Momofuku Milk Bar and woman who can turn me into a human heart-eyes emoji Christina Tosi.

Chad tells us how you get on a show like MasterChef Junior, which dish he does best, and which one of the judges is his favorite.
