JK Rowling and Amazon, Fighting?

Amazon.com is currently blocking the sale of author JK Rowling's new detective novel.  "The Silkworm" is listed as "currently unavailable" on the Amazon.com web site.  Rowling's publisher and Amazon apparently disagree on terms for e-book prices, with Amazon reportedly seeking a higher percentage of the profits.  Will the two ever see eye-to-eye so we can get our hands on the book? Or should be just try another "bookstore"?  Historically Amazon is known for being tough with publishers, especially on e-book negotiations.
