Billie Joe Armstrong is trying to share something with us Green Day fans. What exactly it it is? You will have to interpret.

Is something up for Green Day in 2015? A new tweet on the band's official page features a picture of hardware store letters and metal numbers arranged to say "Green Day 15."  Armstrong wrote in the pic's caption that the phrase was on his mind along with the hashtags "the future is now" and "green day forever."  Fans are speculating that the cryptic message could mean a new Green Day album next year, which would be the first since they put out "¡Uno!," "¡Dos!" and "¡Tré!" in 2012. Of course, Armstrong could also be thinking about Green Day's nomination for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2015.  Fans can help the band's chances of being inducted by casting a vote at RockHall.com.  The top five fan-voted artists will make up a fans' ballot that will be used to help choose next year's inductees.
