New York Wines To Be Featured at Culinary Institute Dinner

Here is another chance for you to have a meal to remember and taste some of the great wines that New York. The amazing setting for your evening will be the premier culinary college in the world, at The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park campus.

The New York wine and food pairing dinner will be taking place on Thursday November 3, 2016 in the American Bounty Restaurant starting at 6PM. The menu for the evening will feature a five-course meal. Each of the courses will feature regionally sourced items. Plus, each course will be have a wine specifically paired with it to enhance your meal. Each of the wines will be sourced from a New York State vineyard, from sparkling, white, red and even ice wines will make an appearance. The food ingredients will also be sourced locally.
