Yankees Returning to WPIX-TV After Deal With YES Network

The YES Network and Tribune Media Company have announced that they have reached a multi-year agreement, Pix11 reported.

Pix11 secured the exclusive over the air rights to the New York Yankees games in the New York DMA for the 2015 season under this agreement. Pix11 was the home for Yankee games from 1951-1998. They will be televising about 20 games for the 2015 season. The YES Network stills hold the local broadcast rights and will televise 125 games.
