Slovenian Town Building Beer Fountain

If you've been looking for a reason to visit Slovenia, here's a good one: a Slovenian town is building a fountain to dispense beer.

I admittedly don't know much about Slovenia--believe it or not, no, I am not the foremost authority on Slovenian culture. I know it's near Croatia. I know NBA players Goran Dragić and Sasha Vujačić are from Slovenia. I know that you get to use this awesome character thanks to Slovenian names: č. And that's about it.

But now, I want to learn everything I can about the country, because I might have to move there. Any place that budgets for a massive fountain that dispenses nothing but beer is a society with values I appreciate, admire, and share.
