Starbucks is admitting a mistake and is reinstating its popular eggnog lattes. Starbucks spokesperson Linda Mills says they heard loud and clear from their customers.
Mills added the decision by executives at Starbucks' Seattle headquarters to eliminate the lattes as part of a menu-simplification. Starbucks is now apologizing and will have eggnog lattes back in all stores by November 17th. Starbucks is also introducing a new holiday latte for the first time in five years, called the "chestnut-praline latte."
