Even some skeptics are finding themselves excited by the prospect of this film.

The project has hit the wrong notes with a lot of fans from the very beginning: Zach Snyder getting to direct after the lukewarm response to Man of Steel, the heavily-armored Batsuit, the mere casting of Ben Affleck.

But this trailer seems to be getting the kind of buzz that the studio has been hoping for.

Lex Luthor? Kryptonite? Wonder Woman? Suggestions that there might be a Robin? Oh, yes. It's all in there.

It still has its share of dissenters; people who didn't like Snyder's treatment of the Superman character (visually or otherwise) are unlikely to find anything very different about him in this iteration. But, at least for me, Affleck seems to be a little bit more like what I'd imagine Bruce Wayne to be like in real life.

You know, as long as we're pretending that we could envision a world where a billionaire would use the time and money he could be using on thousand dollar champagne vacations with Victoria's Secret models on a yacht in Monaco to risk his life and sanity on a nightly basis, fighting street urchins and otherworldly beings for the greater good of society.

Other than that, it seems very realistic.
