Vampire Weekend's Chris Tomson talking about what you can expect from the band this summer and from their next album. Chris says the band's next album might be the start of a new era.  He tells "Billboard" that the band has created "some sort of trilogy" with their first three albums -- "Vampire Weekend," "Contra," and last year's "Modern Vampires of the City."  And while they didn't necessarily set out to do this, Chris and the band, goes on to say they always thought it would be cool if their first three albums looked like "something that was part of a continued whole."  But Chris goes on to say that it is still too early to tell what direction album number four will take.  He explains that like their last three releases, they plan to just wait and see how it develops. Right now Vampire Weekend is still focused on touring behind "Modern Vampires of the City."  Their latest U.S. outing kicks off this Saturday in Houston, Texas.  Vampire Weekend is also set to play a couple of festivals in the U.K., and Tomson says they'll probably add more overseas dates pressing the "rest button."
