Annual Foodstock Concert Set To Feature Living Colour Frontman
The annual Foodstock concert which benefits Hudson Valley charities has announced its date and killer lineup. Join in and help the cause on Saturday, December 1st at The Chance Theater. Living Colour frontman Corey Glover will headline the show that is packed with local talent too.
The goal of the Foodstock fund is to raise resources for local food-based charities along with the Children's home of Poughkeepsie 'through music art and comedy'. Over the last decade, more than $50,000 and tons of food has benefited Hudson Valley residents in need. 100% of the proceeds raised are put back into the community. Did you know that just one dollar donated can feed up to four people!
The rest of the lineup includes the Robert Cahill Band, Zero Chance Society, Snaphammer, Ian Flanigan and Nemes.
If you can't make it to the show, you'll be missed but you can still make a donation by mailing one in. The Foodstock Fund is a non-profit entity and all donations are tax deductible.
