This Hudson Valley Store Makes the Best Spirit Halloween Location
Spooky season means the same thing no matter where you live: Spirit Halloween locations are moving into abandoned business across the country. One Hudson Valley store, however, has the best potential for the transformation.
The Hudson Valley has a love-hate relationship with the seasonal business that sets up shop for four weeks before disappearing for eleven months (did you hear there's also a Spirit Christmas in the works?). Love them or hate them, here's where you're most likely to find them.

Unfortunately, there isn't a lack of potential locations to choose from in the Hudson Valley. Huge national brands Big Lots and Rite Aid (which recently shuttered more local locations) seem to be closing every day.
Third Most-Likely Location for Spirit Halloween in New York
According to the study, former Tuesday Morning locations are the third most-likely destination for Spirit Halloween. With only one (now-closed) Kingston, NY location, this won't affect the Hudson Valley, but #2 and #1 certainly will.
Second Most-Likely Location for Spirit Halloween in New York
Former Rite Aid locations were listed as the second-most likely spot for a month-long Spirit Halloween residence. With Rite Aids announcing closures across the Hudson Valley, don't be surprised if your former pharmacy is now selling masks and fake blood.
Bed, Bath, & Beyond, which closed its final Hudson Valley locations last year, was listed as the most likely destination for Spirit Halloween. While the sheets that used to be in the store could have easily been turned into ghost costumes, it seems like consumers would rather buy premade items from Spirit.
Unfortunately, the formerly-closed businesses will be closed once again after Halloween is over... or will they? Check out what we know about the reported "Spirit Christmas" stores in the Hudson Valley below.
