Dennis Hof of the Moonlite Bunny Ranch and Love Ranch is not a guy who minces words. He's been around a lot of celebrities, a lot of rich and famous people, a lot of interesting characters, and he's seen it all. He's been there, done that, and has a lot of thoughts that he's more than willing to share.

So when Lamar Odom's weekend at Hof's Love Ranch took a tragic turn, there was no question that Hof would be ready and willing to give his account of the story and tell the truth as he sees it.

Interestingly, I was scheduled to speak with Dennis this week before the incident happened. We were scheduled to discuss a story that Brandi and I spoke about in It Came From the Internet, about how the Bunnyranch was offering to match student loan payments for employees.

We talk about that a bit — and if you'd like to hear our segment on the student loan topic, you can find it here — but we predominantly discuss the Lamar Odom situation. And let me tell you: he's no fan of the Kardashians.

Hof said he received a call from Khloe Kardashian's publicist urging him to stop doing interviews.

"I expected a call from Khloe (saying) 'Dennis, what's going on? Is there anything you can tell us? Tell us every detail so I can get it to the doctors to help Lamar. Give me information,'" Hof said. "No, I got a call from a publicist saying, 'Oh, Khloe wants to thank you for helping Lamar and by the way are you doing any media? ... Oh, don't do that send that information and Khloe will take care of that.' I said, 'You tell Khloe Kardashian to go to hell. Ok? And excuse me, if she's so concerned about her man, why have my girls been waking up with him for the past four days and she hasn't been.'"
