New Hopewell Junction Caribbean Restaurant Officially Open For Business
For the past few months we've been wondering what would soon be cooking in this Hopewell Junction restaurant that's been vacant for a bit - and now the word is officially out. A brand new family-owned restaurant has brought vibrant Caribbean cuisine to the Hudson Valley.

Coco Bella, Hopewell Junction
Caribbean cuisine and plenty of cocktails are now being served at 1116 Rt. 82 in Hopewell Junction, just near the intersection of 82 and Clove Branch Road.
A brand new restaurant, not just to the area, Coco Bella's goal is to 'craft a welcome space where every guest feels at home, whether grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a leisurely dining experience.'
Branding the new restaurant as a 'cozy Caribbean-inspired bistro,' Coco Bella promises to source the freshest ingredients and infuse them with bold spices and vibrant colors of Caribbean cuisine.
We believe in the power of food to unite people and create unforgettable memories. That's why we pour our passion into every dish, sourcing the freshest ingredients and infusing them with the bold spices and vibrant colors of Caribbean cuisine.
It seems pretty clear from the success of their soft opening, and the chatter of those who have already visited the area's newest spot, that Coco Bella has brought some unique new flavors to Dutchess County.
The official business hours at Coco Bella are Monday through Thursday from 11am until 9pm, Friday and Saturday 11am until 10pm, and Sunday 11am until 8pm.

The location of the new restaurant may be familiar to many, as it was formerly the home of Hudson Valley Gyro Grill & Market, which has since found a new home in Wappingers Falls after many locals expressed their concern over where they could find their favorite gyros.
