A Hudson Valley home associated with hip hop artist P. Diddy is up for foreclosure auction next month. LoHud reports the New Rochelle home will hit the block after the home was lost to the bank in February.

While Diddy never lived in the home, he co-signed the mortgage with Taneika Hooten, with whom he as a son. The mortgage went into default in 2010 and foreclosure proceedings began in 2013.

Better Homes and Gardens posted a video on YouTube highlighting features of the home which happens to be in a gated community. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 3,000 square feet make for plenty of room for a nice family looking for new accommodations.

The auction takes place in White Plains at Westchester County Courthouse on December 2nd at 10 a.m.
