From the outside, nothing has changed about the beloved Egg's Nest. The colorful exterior remains, as does the additional home that is included in the restaurant's sale (below). Ulster County, NY residents are clamoring for the interior to once again be filled with diners.
High Falls, NY Residents Want the Egg's Nest Back
"Some days I pass The Egg’s Nest and really wish we had the funds to buy and re-open it..." lamented one High Falls, NY resident. "If I win the lottery! I’ll go in with you! I’m dying for onion straws", replied another loyal customer. "Make them an offer that you’re comfortable with- they may say no… but that place has been on the market for what, a year now?", offered an optimistic commenter.
