One thing the Hudson Valley could use is a few more places to get a good taco or two at lunch. Hudson Taco is stepping up and will be opening their doors in the classic West Shore train station in Newburgh this January.

Hudson Taco will share a home with the Pizza Shop which is owned and operated by Nick Citera and Nicolas DiBrizzi who also run four Cosimo's restaurants. According to Hudson Valley Magazine, they did their best to preserve the building while remodeling. The train station was designed by Warren and Wetmore who would go one to design Grand Central Station.

Upgrades include a 60 foot enclosed patio that will seat up to 70 people and thirty new parking spaces with a crosswalk. The menu will feature classic and trendy fare and the owners hope to be a part of Newburgh's revitalization.

DID YOU KNOW: Hudson Taco will be teaming up with Newburgh Brewing Company on a custom lager called 'Amaizing'.
