Son's of Italy Italian Festival Announces 2026 Dates

It is an annual tradition for many, a sign that summer is right around the corner for others...The Joe DiMaggio Lodge 2248 Son's of Italy Italian Festival, aka, The Festa.

This year, the festival will run May 21st through the 24th, operating hours from 6pm until 10pm weekdays, 4pm until 10pm weekends, and of course, fireworks on Sunday night.

In its 37th year, entry is always free, with live music daily, free parking on site, and plenty of things to keep the entire family entertained, happy, and of course fed.

2026 Festa, East Fishkill Recreation

As usual, the Joe DiMaggio Lodge 2248 Son's of Italy Italian Festival is held at the East Fishkill Rec, on Rt. 376 in Hopewell Junction.

Entertainment each day is as follows:

  • Thursday May 21st, 7-10pm: The Moustakas Duo
  • Friday May 22nd, 7-10pm: The Blend
  • Saturday May 23rd, 6-10pm: Hey Baby
  • Sunday May 24th, 6-10pm: Nite Life (fireworks night)

In addition to live music, there will of course be rides, games. vendors, and plenty of typical fair/carnival food options, including the infamous sausage and pepper hero. You can learn more about the event through the Facebook event page, or their official website here.
