Celebrate Christmas in July with Festive Ice Cream Flavors

Mary Jane's Dairy Bar on Route 9W in Newburgh, New York is a hot spot during the summer months. The Newburgh ice cream shop is open seasonally from April until October.

The 2023 season at Mary Jane's was put on pause after a car crashed through the storefront. They came back strong in 2024 and they're spirits are high as they kick off the Mary Jane's Dairy Bar Christmas in July celebration.

According to their social media accounts, there serving up ice cream flavors like Egg Nog, Blissful Christmas and Peppermint while supplies last. They've only made a limited batch of these festive flavors.

Mary Jane's Dairy Bar is opened Monday through Sunday 11 am until 9pm.

2 Hudson Valley Businesses Team Up for Holiday Shake

Looks like Santa is dropping off a gift for Hudson Valley ice cream lovers. Mary Jane's teamed up with another popular Hudson Valley business for something called a Freak Shake.

The Christmas in July Freak Shake is topped with a Halfsies Cookie and what looks like a Rice Krispy Treat and whipped cream.

Eat Your Way Through The Hudson Valley With The Best Ice Cream

I have always enjoyed stopping by my favorite local ice cream shops and choosing a new flavor. Whether it's a hot fudge sundae, chocolate peanut butter ice cream in a cone, or an ice cream sandwich, count me in.

The Hudson Valley has strange ice cream flavors. From lemon poppyseed to thai iced tea and barn boots, there aren't any boring flavors in our area.

A 'Premiere' Hudson Valley treat shop was expanding their space during the winter months to prepare for a busy summer season.

Thankfully, we have a large selection of local ice cream shops to visit in the Hudson Valley.
