Kingston Man Charged with Rape

A Kingston man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl.

of Kingston, was charged with 2nd-degree rape, a felony. On Thursday, the Kingston Police Detective Division began an investigation into a complaint that he had sex with an underage female earlier this month.

Police say their investigation revealed that Andrews did have sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old female. He was remanded to Ulster County Jail on $2,500 bail.
