Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan – Week of 11/25/13

Anyone who has talked beer with me is familiar with my love of dark beers. This isn't limited to stouts and porters and oyster stouts and Russian Imperial Stouts and milk stouts and chocolate por--okay, sorry, I get carried away with my dark beers.

But along with those, under the "dark" umbrella, I love a great brown ale. And this week, we're lucky enough to feature Lazy Magnolia's Southern Pecan. Nothing is better during the late Autumn and early Winter months than a nice nutty and roasty brown ale. This one has all that and just a touch of sweetness to make it pair perfectly with your pumpkin pie and sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving.
