Several New York wineries were featured over the weekend at the Northeast's largest wine and food event, the Boston Wine Expo.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo had this to say about the opportunity of NY Wineries being featured:

“New York State is home to some of the best wines in the world, and this weekend we are introducing them to thousands of potential new customers,” Governor Cuomo said. “Through the Taste NY initiative, New York wineries have earned well-deserved national and international acclaim, and we are thrilled to build on that success this weekend.”

The Boston Wine Expo draws approximately 8,000 people over the course of the two days. Giving New York wines a large audience of people who might not have normally tried the wines.
